Glossary term: Cluster Of Galaxies

Description: A cluster of galaxies is a physical group of galaxies that share a common origin. It can vary in size and concentration. The Virgo Cluster and Coma Cluster of galaxies are closest to us and so are most familiar to amateur astronomers.
