Description: Materie ist alles, was Raum einnimmt und eine Masse hat. Die bekanntesten Aggregatzustände der Materie sind fest, flüssig, gasförmig und als Plasma. Durch Erhitzen oder Abkühlen eines Stoffes ändert sich sein Aggregatzustand von einer Form in eine andere. Die Menge der Materie wird in Masseneinheiten gemessen, z. B. in Kilogramm (kg).
