Description: L'Union astronomique internationale (UAI) est une société d'astronomes professionnels du monde entier qui travaillent actuellement sur différents aspects de la recherche, de l'enseignement ou de la vulgarisation en astronomie. Fondée en 1919, elle développer des activités de vulgarisation et d'éducation pour le public, tout en promouvant la recherche active en astronomie par le biais de réunions scientifiques.
