Description: La galaxie d'Andromède est une galaxie spirale comme la nôtre, mais deux fois plus grande. C'est la seule galaxie de ce type visible à l'œil nu depuis l'hémisphère nord, mais seulement depuis des endroits sombres, loin de la lumière des villes. Elle est également connue sous le nom de M31, d'après l'astronome français Charles Messier, qui a créé un catalogue de 110 objets avec Andromède en position 31.
