Description: 頻率是單位時間內的振盪次數，以週期/秒（或赫茲 [Hz]）為單位。它是任何波（聲波、光或引力波）的一般屬性。波的頻率和波長的關係式為頻率=v/波長，其中v是波的速度。在討論電磁輻射時，天文學家通常會使用頻率或波長（有時可以互換）。
