Glossary term: Zodiaque
Description: Le zodiaque est une bande du ciel céleste, située approximativement à huit degrés au nord et au sud de la ligne de l'écliptique. Le mouvement apparent du Soleil au cours d'une année et le mouvement des planètes suivent cette bande et traversent 13 constellations - le Bélier, le Taureau, les Gémeaux, le Cancer, le Lion, la Vierge, la Balance, le Scorpion, le Sagittaire, l'Ophiuchus, le Capricorne, le Verseau et les Poissons - la plupart d'entre elles représentant des animaux. Son nom vient du grec ancien et signifie cercle (ou cycle) de petits animaux.
