Description: 科学词源自拉丁语“scientia”，意为知识。然而，现代语境中的科学指的是通过实验和观察获取知识的各个学科及其子学科。每个科学学科可能有其独特的方法和途径，但它们共享的共性包括客观性、逻辑性、理性思维，以及对现象和物体背后物理机制的基于证据的解释。因此，科学不是建立在信仰或权威之上的；科学是自我纠正的，这在实验和观察中得到了体现。科学也可以指与特定学科相关的知识体系。
