Description: 太阳周期是指太阳黑子、太阳耀斑和太阳上其他形式活动的大约 11 年一个周期。这种活动是由太阳总体磁场产生的。由于该磁场每 11 年在南北两极之间切换一次，因此太阳的磁极需要22 年的时间才能恢复到原来的状态。
