Glossary term: 温度

Description: 在一个随着时间推移而 "稳定 "下来,达到所谓热平衡的物理系统中,系统的每种变化方式(每个 "自由度")平均具有相同的能量。系统的温度就是衡量这种平均能量有多大的物理量。

温度在自然科学中的所有学科以及日常生活的几乎所有方面都很重要。最常用的温标是摄氏温标(原名摄氏度,用 °C 表示)、华氏温标(用 °F 表示)和开尔文温标(用 K 表示)。后者主要用于科学目的。理论上的最低温度是绝对零度(0 K = -273.15°C),在这个温度下,物体无法再提取出热能。在恒星核中,温度超过 1,000 万 K,而在星际气体的冷分子云中,温度可低至 10 K。
