Description: 当天体进入另一天体的阴影中或另一天体从观测者和天体之间经过时，天体会暂时被遮挡，这就是“食”现象。月食是指地球位于太阳和月球之间，月球进入地球的阴影中导致的“食”现象；日食是指月球进入地球和太阳之间，遮挡了部分或全部太阳光导致的“食”现象。如果遮挡天体只遮挡了其他天体的一小部分，这种现象被称为“凌”。如果遮挡天体完全遮住了另一个天体，这种现象称为“掩”。
