Big Ideas in Astronomy | Delphi Study

Delphi Study

Big Ideas in Astronomy is intended to be an evolving resource for the community to contribute to and draw from in working towards their goals.

This resource will not only be beneficial to the broader society, rather it provides policy makers, teacher training institutes and programs, and various educational organisations, with a set of guidelines for curriculum development and assessment.

It should be emphasised that this resource is not a curriculum document.

In keeping with the rigour of research, we are currently undertaking a research project to systematically validate it as an accurate representation of what experts in both science and education consider astronomical literacy.
