Das IAU Office of Astronomy for Education als Bildungsbüro der Internationalen Astronomischen Union ist am Haus der Astronomie auf dem Campus des Max-Planck-Instituts für Astronomie angesiedelt. Das IAU OAE ist eine Einrichtung der Internationalen Astronomischen Union (IAU) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Max-Planck-Institut für Astronomie und gefördert von der Klaus Tschira Stiftung und der Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung.
