क्यामेलोपार्डालिस (जिराफ) तारामण्डल यसका चम्किला ताराहरू र वरपरका तारामण्डलहरूसहित। क्यामेलोपार्डालिस वरिपरि (माथिबाट घडीको दिशामा): सेफियस, क्यासियोपिया, पर्सियस (ययाती),अरिगा , लिङ्क्स, सप्तर्षि, ड्रेको र लघु सप्तर्षि छन्। क्यामेलोपार्डालिस एक ठूलो तारामण्डल हो तर यसमा तुलनात्मक रूपमा थोरै चम्किला ताराहरू छन्। यो तारामण्डल उत्तरी तारामण्डल हो र यसैले सम्पूर्ण तारामण्डल उत्तरी गोलार्धमा वर्षको कुनै न कुनै समयमा देखिरहन्छ। यो दक्षिणी गोलार्धका भूमध्यरेखीय भागहरूबाट पनि देखिन्छ र केही भागहरू दक्षिणी शीतोष्ण क्षेत्रहरूमा पनि देखिन्छन्। सम्पूर्ण तारामण्डल उत्तरी गोलार्धका सबै आर्कटिक र अधिक उत्तरी शीतोष्ण क्षेत्रहरूका लागि ध्रुवीय छ। क्यामेलोपार्डालिस उत्तरी गोलार्धमा हिउँदको अन्त्यमा र दक्षिणी गोलार्धमा ग्रीष्म ऋतुको अन्त्यमा साँझको समयमा राम्रोसँग देखिन्छ। सर्पिल आकाशगंगाहरू एनजीसी २४०३ र आईसी ३४२ क्यामेलोपार्डालिसमा अवस्थित छन् र यहाँ रातो दीर्घवृत्तले चिन्ह लगाइएको छ। यो रेखाचित्रले उत्तरी खगोलीय ध्रुव वरपरको क्षेत्रलाई चित्रण गर्दछ। यहाँ स्थिर दायाँ आरोहणका रेखाहरू मिल्छन्। यी रेखाहरूको दायाँ आरोहण (right ascension) मानहरू रेखाचित्रको माथि र तल x-अक्षमा चिन्ह लगाइएको छ। स्थिर दिक्पात (declination) केही रेखाहरू y-अक्षमा चिन्ह लगाइएको छ।
