Description: 지구는 태양에서 세 번째 행성이며, 태양계에서 다섯 번째로 큰 행성입니다. 지구는 반지름 약 6400킬로미터(km)의 암석으로 이루어진 지구형 행성이며, 질량은 약 6 × 1024킬로그램(6조의 1조 kg)입니다.
지구와 태양 사이의 평균 거리는 약 1억 5천만 킬로미터로, 이것이 바로 1천문단위(AU)로 정의됩니다. 지구가 태양 주위를 한 바퀴 공전하는 데는 약 365.26일이 걸립니다. 지구에는 달이라는 하나의 자연 위성이 있습니다.
지구에는 인간을 포함한 수백만 종의 생명체가 살고 있으며, 현재까지 생명체가 존재하는 것으로 알려진 유일한 행성입니다. 지구는 약 45억 4천만 년 전에 형성된 것으로 추정됩니다. 또한 지구의 대기와 자기권은 유해한 태양 방사선으로부터 생명체를 보호하며, 지표에 풍부한 물이 존재해 푸른 행성으로 보입니다.
