मीन राशि तारामण्डल, यसका चम्किला ताराहरू र वरपरका तारामण्डलहरू सहित। मीन राशि वरिपरि (माथिबाट घडीको दिशामा) एन्ड्रोमेडा, पेगासस, कुम्भ, सीटस, मेष र त्रिभुज तारामण्डलहरू छन्। यो तारामण्डल क्रान्तिवृत्तमा अवस्थित छ (यहाँ नीलो रेखाको रूपमा देखाइएको छ)। क्रान्तिवृत्त भनेको सूर्यले वर्षभरिमा आकाशमा पार गरेको देखिने मार्ग हो। सूर्य मार्चको मध्यदेखि अप्रिलको मध्यसम्म मीनमा रहन्छ। यसरी सूर्य मार्च विषुवमा मीनमा हुन्छ। यस बिन्दुमा क्रान्तिवृत्तले आकाशीय भूमध्य रेखालाई काट्छ। वसन्त विषुवमा सूर्यको स्थान राइट एसेन्सन स्थितिगत निर्देशांकको शून्य बिन्दु सेट गर्न प्रयोग गरिन्छ। सौर्यमण्डलका अन्य ग्रहहरू पनि प्रायः मीनमा भेट्टाउन सकिन्छ। मीन आकाशीय भूमध्य रेखामा फैलिएको छ र यसरी पृथ्वीको सबै भागबाट वर्षको कुनै न कुनै समयमा देख्न सकिन्छ। पृथ्वीको आर्कटिक वा अन्टार्कटिक क्षेत्रहरूको सबैभन्दा कुनाबाट, यो तारामण्डलका केही भागहरू देखिन नसक्ने हुन सक्छ। मीन उत्तरी गोलार्धको शरद ऋतु र दक्षिणी गोलार्धको वसन्त ऋतुमा साँझमा सबैभन्दा स्पष्ट रूपमा देखिन्छ। ग्रान्ड डिजाइन सर्पिल आकाशगंगा एम७४ यो रेखाचित्रमा सानो रातो वृत्तले चिन्ह लगाइएको छ।
