This 16-year study is about a high school astronomy club in hyper-competitive environment, severe resource scarcity which induced student mental health crises, necessitating the researcher’s long-term tracking and support. By granting equal, barrier-free access to all cosmic enthusiasts regardless of academic performance, this club pioneered a vital paradigm of inclusive astronomy. To bypass strict smartphone bans, members and alumni collaboratively sustained learning: using AI to transcribe video lectures into printed handouts for competition training, selling creative merchandise for financial self-sufficiency, and executing public stargazing outreach. This framework redefines inclusive astronomy as an empowering, trauma-informed pedagogical tool for true educational equity.
