Teaching astrophysics is not about visual capacity only, but also sensory and cognitive translation. Traditional astronomy education relies heavily on visual data, inherently marginalizing blind and visually impaired (BVI) learners. To fix this, our poster introduces a 4-phase Universal Design curriculum: Material Mechanics, Miura-Ori Arrays, JWST Mirrors, and Starshade unfurling. Using tactile origami instead of static 3D prints, students actually feel kinematic deployment in their hands. This practical system engages key neurocognitive networks, replacing passive learning with true intellectual agency. Aligned with the IAU OAE 2026 Inclusive Astronomy session, this practical system replaces passive learning with intellectual agency.
