Caption:
Second place in the 2022 IAU OAE Astrophotography Contest, category Time lapses of celestial patterns.
Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, is shown rising, setting and passing by. Sometimes constellations and asterisms are also visible, including Orion, Taurus and the Pleiades. In the first scene, the aforementioned constellations are covered by a semi-transparent golden veil. The next scenes show it rising in a dark blue night sky. In one of the scenes, a planet brightly decorates the faint constellation Pisces.
The videos were taken above various landscapes and places of cultural heritage on Earth. Some of them simply show monuments in the desert, while others show palm trees with waving leaves.

Caption: Zweiter Platz beim IAU OAE Astrofoto-Wettbewerb 2022, Kategorie Zeitraffer von Himmelsmustern.
Sirius, der hellste Stern am Nachthimmel, beim Auf- und Untergang sowie im Vorbeiziehen. Manchmal sind auch Sternbilder und Asterismen zu sehen, darunter Orion, der Stier (lat. Taurus) und die Plejaden. In der ersten Szene werden die genannten Sternbilder teilweise von einem orangeroten Wolkenschleier verdeckt. Die nächsten Szenen zeigen, wie sie an einem dunkelblauen Nachthimmel aufgehen. In einer der Szenen ziert ein Planet hell das schwache Sternbild Fische (lat. Pisces).
Die einzelnen Videosequenzen wurden über verschiedenen Landschaften und Orten auf der Erde von kultureller Bedeutung aufgenommen. Einige zeigen einfach Denkmäler in der Wüste, während andere Palmen mit wehenden Blättern zeigen.

Sirio, la stella più luminosa del cielo notturno, viene mostrata mentre sorge, attraversa il cielo e tramonta. A volte sono visibili anche costellazioni e asterismi, tra cui Orione, il Toro e le Pleiadi. Nella prima scena, le costellazioni citate sono coperte da un velo dorato semitrasparente. Le scene successive la mostrano sorgere in un cielo notturno blu scuro. In una delle scene, un pianeta decora brillantemente la debole costellazione dei Pesci.
I video sono stati girati sopra vari paesaggi e luoghi del patrimonio culturale della Terra. Alcuni mostrano semplicemente monumenti nel deserto, mentre altri mostrano palme con foglie ondeggianti.
