Description: 전지구온난화는 수증기, 이산화탄소, 메탄 등의 온실가스에 의해 지구 대기가 가열되는 현상입니다. 이는 온실효과의 증가로 더 많은 양의 적외선이 대기에 갇히게 되면서 이로 인해 지구의 평균 기온이 상승하기 때문입니다. 온실가스의 원천은 자연 발생적인 경우도 있지만 지구상에서는 이에 더해 인간의 산업 활동에 의해 생성되기도 합니다. 전지구온난화는 지역적 기상 패턴의 단중기적 변화, 서식지 파괴, 해수면 상승 등 장기적으로 지구에 상당한 영향을 미칠 것입니다.
